Homemade strudel
Traditional homemade strudel with various fillings.
Available fillings upon request: cottage cheese, poppy seed, sour cherry, apple, cabbage.

Oven-baked lángos
In the old days, the housewife would cut lángos from the bread dough and bake it first, testing whether the oven was hot enough for baking bread.
Today, the kenyérlángos (bread lángos) is also prepared in front of the guests, in an outdoor oven. The fresh lángos is flavored with garlic lard, but upon request, it can also be topped with sour cream and grated cheese or other toppings.
'Kukoricagörhe' with poppy seed and homemade jam
A few decades ago, corn was one of the most important ingredients in rural kitchens, from which they made various main dishes or desserts.
We would like to introduce lovers of folk gastronomy to a special dessert made from freshly ground cornmeal, sprinkled with ground poppy seeds, and served with homemade jam.
